BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION

Elect-US has been retained by Turin Housing Development Fund Company, Inc. to conduct an election for the Board of Directors.  Declaration Forms have been mailed and are available now by scrolling down and clicking on the button.

Candidates Night - Jan 14 via Zoom from 7 pm to 8/8:30 pm

Online Voting Opens - Jan 15th and closes Jan 31st at 2:00PM 

Annual Meeting - Jan 28 at St. Martin’s Community Room 65 West 90th Street from 7 pm to 9 pm and Via Zoom

In-person Voting - Jan 31 at Turin’s Community Room from 10 am to 2 pm

There are three seats up for election. Any qualified shareholder (including those shareholders who previously submitted a declaration form in November) who wishes to run for the Board of Directors must declare his/her intention to be a candidate in advance of the Annual Meeting, by submission of a Declaration Form (AND optional bio/pix, if any) no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026.  The Declaration Form was mailed to all shareholders, and is available below (to be filled in online, or printed, completed and returned via email or to the Elect-US lockbox).

To run for the Board, please submit a Declaration Form (AND, at candidate’s option, their one-page bio/photo) no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026 by:

• Depositing the form (and optional bio/pix) in the Elect-US lock box located in the lobby; or
• Emailing the form (and optional bio/pix) to chris@elect-us.net with “Turin House-Candidacy” in the subject line.
• Completing the Declaration Form you received in the mail (or downloading it by clicking “Click Here to Download Declaration Form Package" below), completing the form, and then uploading the printed and completed Declaration Form, or delivering it to the lockbox or via email per above), you will have the option to receive an email confirmation if you upload the form/bio.
• Completing the Declaration Form online and submitting it by clicking on "Complete Declaration Form Online" below AND UPLOADING OR EMAILING YOUR BIO/PIX (you will have the option to receive an email confirmation and to download a pdf of your completed Declaration Form).
